"Zero Waste" Charcuterie Board: 10.75" L x 10.75" W x .5" thickness is custom made from white oak, walnut and many different kinds of exotic hardwoods: Zero Waste from leftover scraps to make a pretty random design. It is applied with food grade mineral oil. 
 
Those colors are NOT dyes or stains; they are exotic hardwoods from Brazil, South America and Africa. Others are from Appalachian in the northeast states.
