"Yin-Yang" Chopping End Grain 2.0: 16.75" L x 14.75" W x 2.25" thickness is custom made from walnut and white oak wood. It is applied with food grade beeswax conditioner.  
End grain board is also the most durable because of its' self-healing feature. Its' fibrous cell structure allows the board to spring back into shape after cuts and scratches.
