"Graphix" End Grain Board: 13.25" L x 11.75" W x 1 3/8" thickness is custom made from white oak, yellowheart, maple, walnut, cherry, mahogany, purpleheart and padauk wood. Applied with food grade beeswax conditioner. 
 
Those colors are NOT dyes or stains; they are exotic hardwoods from Brazil, South America and Africa. Others are Appalachian hardwoods in the northeast states.
